About this scale
The dominant pentatonic (with b7) is perfectly suited for seventh chords and the blues on guitar. It works over the I7, IV7, and V7 dominants of the blues without a wrong note. Widely used in blues-rock, funk, and R&B guitar, it allows expressive phrases in all neck positions.
